With two more wins Juventus are going to take another title in Italian Serie A, but there is no doubt that if tonight the Bianconeri take the win against the tough Atalanta, they are going to lift the title for sure or they have 99% chance to do that. The truth is that till the end of the season there are 5 more games and if they take this game, the points difference between them and Roma will be 11 points. A difference which cannot be melt for 4 rounds, though Juventus are having not that tough games against the teams of Torino, Roma, Crotone and Bologna. They will need to take just one point from these four games and potentially to become the new old champions.
Atalanta are one very serious team. Undoubtedly, they can make the life of Juventus pretty difficult but we do not believe that the away team will allow this. In the worst case, Juventus are going to draw this game but losing is not an option anymore. Now, at the end of the season, we must say that Juventus will be playing for the Champions League. They have a strong and quality team, they already qualified for the semi-finals for the Champions League pointed as one of the favorites for winning it, they are with 8 points ahead from the second in their league – Roma. We can say that this is the perfect season for them, just like it was in 2015 when they played final against Barcelona and won the Serie A as well.
The game against Monaco from the semi-finals of the Champions League will be played on Wednesday, so we can conclude that Juventus had enough time till the very important game. We believe that they are going to rest some of the players for that game, but there is enough time the regulars to recover and get fully fit for the Champions League game. As we wrote above, Atalanta are serious team but we do not believe that they are going to win this game. Against the teams from their class they are winning but when they face big teams like Inter, Roma, Juventus, they are suffering heavy defeats. Remember what happened to them in the game against Inter as they were losing with 5-1 till the break on the half time.
Most probably Atalanta are going to qualify for Europe next season. They are with comfortable lead in front of the sixth in the table and it looks like that they are not going to lose the fifth place. Moreover, they have all the chances to move Lazio from the fourth position and eventually go for the battle for the third place against Napoli, which team is not playing its best football right now. It will be interesting whether the home team will fight in this game or they are going to be satisfied with the fifth place. Actually, there is not a big difference between the fourth and the fifth place as both places are giving the right to play in the Europa League next season but one of them is directly from the Group Stage as the other is from the final round in the qualifications. We can say that Atalanta will go tonight to take the win, but Juventus will go with the same idea and we are expecting one open and dynamic football with possibly win for Juventus and over 2.5 goals.
